T.J. Hart is the owner of Hart Floor Co. He has nearly 25 years of experience in floor coverings. Hart Floor Co. was opened in 2009 by T.J.. T.J. is 2nd generation in the floor covering business. His father owned and operated a flooring business that T.J. worked for growing up. T.J. started in the warehouse and helped on various jobs growing up for his father’s business. In 1997 he started selling and estimating floor coverings. This is when he realized how much he enjoyed the industry and worked very hard to become knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the flooring business. T.J. also likes the interaction he has between customers, contractors, and architects from the planning stages to the finished product. When T.J. is not working he enjoys traveling and exploring new places with his family. He also enjoys Physical Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle
April Low
Office Manager
April Low is the office and sales manager. She has over 20 years of experience in the industry. She started as a flooring installation specialist. April has experience in commercial and residential flooring applications. In 2010 she moved to her current position in the office. April enjoys working with customers and contractors in the selection and execution of the flooring process. April has a son and two daughters, they blessed her with grandkids that she loves spending time with more than anything. In her spare time, she likes to garden, read, and cook. She is very organized and does a great job operating and running the office.
Dennis Jensen
Estimator/Sales
Dennis Started with Hart Floor Company in 2019, after owning his own flooring store for nearly 30 years. He spends his time measuring jobs and emailing proposals. Through his years of experience, he has gained a lot of knowledge about the flooring industry and is a great help to the team at Hart Floor Company. Dennis started out installing with his family, and they still install for Hart Floor Company today. Dennis has a farm in Mendon that he is very proud of.
Carlei Barber
Customer Service Associate
Carlei has been with Hart Floor Co. since 2020. She has several years of experience in customer service and sales. Carlei has an eye for design and loves networking with our local designers to create beautiful spaces in your home. She works at the front desk alongside Katy answering phones, emails, and helping each customer with their selections. In her free time, she likes to cook, play video games, and run.
